About the Course
The adaptive leadership course focuses on helping leaders within organisations to navigate complex and uncertain situations, often involving significant change, by effectively applying and mobilising the disciplines, competencies and skills within the Adaptive Organisation Framework.
This course is designed by a Doctoral level learning design expert in conjunction with subject matter leaders with extensive domain experience and outstanding academic credentials.
Run in a cohort-based, activity-led format, it goes beyond theory to provide practical methods and frameworks that you can immediately apply in your workplace.

Explain the current organizational challenges that require adaptability
Describe the core disciplines, competencies and skills of the adaptive organization framework
Identify the relative strengths and weaknesses of their team in terms of adaptability
Build a roadmap to uplift adaptability within a department or team
