The Challenge
With varied job roles and an ever-evolving landscape, the client needed a structured yet flexible learning solution to ensure graduates had the right skills to thrive. The goal was to provide targeted learning experiences that would boost adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills, setting graduates up for long-term success.
For our design team, the challenge was clear: how do we craft a high-impact program using our Adaptive Organisation Framework (AOF) and Professional Skills suite while ensuring it met both the business and learning objectives? The AOF is designed to build resilience and responsiveness by fostering collaboration, innovation, and adaptability—key qualities for any graduate entering the workforce.

We curated a customized learning journey, selecting courses covering business etiquette, adaptive communication, resilience, teamwork, and initiative. Developed in collaboration with the client’s senior leadership, the program ensured graduates gained the practical skills and professional mindset needed to thrive in a competitive industry.
This award-winning approach incorporated:
✅ Activity-led learning – real-world challenges, scenario-based learning, and interactive discussions.✅ Gamification strategies – Playdoh, Chatterbox, and Crazy 8’s to enhance engagement and retention.✅ Visually striking AI-generated learning materials – a unique branded watercolor style that captivated learners and reinforced key concepts.
Each four-hour session was delivered face-to-face, featuring:
